A bar lover's guide to Gluttony 2026
There’s no denying that a successful Fringe night is built on stellar shows, great food, and even better pours, and this year at Gluttony, you’re definitely spoiled for choice in the sip department.
What’s on the drinks list in 2026
With more than 20 bars across the park, this year’s lineup brings together a range of specialty spots to quench any type of thirst. These include craft beers with partner Pirate Life, curated vinos from Sometimes Always, gin-forward cocktails at Never Never Lounge, cheeky margaritas for the tequila faithful at the Margarita Bar, and premium bubbles lakeside at Champagne Island (plus, a heap more!).
There’s also The Local Bar, which continues to champion South Aussie producers, proving you don’t have to look far for something exceptional. Whatever your Fringe vibe – quick pre-show can, late night tequila, spritz at sunset, or a bottle to share with friends – there’s a bar here with your name on it.
Expect tap beer, craft cans, premium spirits, signature highballs, curated wine lists, frozen cocktails, champagne by the glass and bottle, coffee brewed daily, and plenty of non-alcoholic options too. If you want to skip the booze, we have free filtered water stations throughout the park (BYO water bottle), and many food vendors also offer non-alcoholic beverages.
A few things to know before you sip
Gluttony is a fully cashless site, so if you’re buying a round, make sure you bring your card or digital wallet. Peak times hit between 6-8pm and tend to stretch into the night as people settle in, so if you want to grab a bevvy before showtime, arriving early is always a smart move.
In terms of drinkware, coffee is served in bio cups, beers are poured into reusable festival cups that can be returned at designated collection bins across the site, and most drinks are served in glassware that you’re welcome to carry around the park, and even into shows (excluding The Fantail, where drinks are served in reusable plastic cups). If you want a take-home souvenir, larger Gluttony glasses are available for $10 at most bars.

Bars by location
To help you navigate the park like a pro, we’ve grouped every bar by zone. Whatever your drinking mood, there’s a bar to suit – so you’re never too far from your next sip.
Cityside Zone
In partnership with Pirate Life, walk in the main Fringe Corner Gate entrance and stop for one of your favourite Pirate Life brews (on tap or in cans), pre-mixed spirits, spirits and mixers, LOBO Cider, Alpha Box & Dice Wines, and non-alcoholic options.
Ease your way into Gluttony and stop for a selection of Pirate Life Beers, pre-mixed spirits, Bizzarro Spritz, a range of wines, and non-alcoholic options.
Perched atop a hill at the top end of Cityside Zone near Rymill Park Lake, this watering hole is presented by Brand SA, highlighting all the incredible spirits and beers made right here in South Australia. These include Mad Monkey Distillery, LOBO, 78 Degrees, Threefold, and Never Never Gin; pre-mixed spirits such as South Ave and The Still Co; LOBO Cider; Mismatch, BeerNoEvil, and Prancing Pony Beer. There's also a selection of wines from the likes of Willow and Goose, Mordrelle, and Longview, and a range of highballs among a slew of other local legends. Every pour tells a story of quality, creativity, and craftsmanship, and supports the amazing talent behind our state’s homegrown producers.
If you need a caffeine fix, you’ve found your spot, pouring all your coffee favourites, cocktails, including Espresso Martinis and Mimosas, Pirate Life Beers, pre-mixed spirits, a selection of wines, and non-alcoholic options.
Kent Town Zone
Located between BankSA Theatre and The Octagon, and presented by Never Never Distilling Co, this intimate lounge bar is pouring all your favourite Never Never Gins, a range of Never Never Gin cocktails – including Panettone Negroni, Mini Martini, and The Pack Mule – Pirate Life Beer, and a selection of wines.
Tucked behind Never Never Lounge Bar – in between BankSA Theatre and The Octagon – and presented by South Ave, Club Curious is a late-night experience complete with bar, DJs, and dancefloor. Open to the general public ticketholders (18+) on Tue-Thu from 9pm, Fri-Sat from 10pm, and Adelaide Fringe 2026 passholders only on Sundays from 10pm, Club Curious is pouring wines from Alpha Box & Dice, Bizzarro Spritzes, free pour and pre-mixed spirits including South Ave Seltzers, LOBO cider, Pirate Life Beers, and non-alcoholic options.
To enter Club Curious, you’ll need to…
- Be 18 years or over and have a photo ID
- Hold a ticket to a Gluttony show for the same date you visit Club Curious, presented on entry for Tue-Sat nights only, OR
- Be an Adelaide Fringe 2026 passholder (meaning you have been issued an artist or staff pass by Adelaide Fringe for the 2026 season, and have it with you for presentation on entry), for entry Tue-Sun nights (all subject to capacity).
Lush, green, and just a short distance from Gluttony Town Centre, this bar serves a selection of spirits and mixers, including Tanqueray Gin, Captain Morgan Rum, and Don Julio Tequila; pre-mixed spirits such as Gordon's, Smirnoff, and Pimm's; Pirate Life beers; wines; and non-alcoholic options.
Located between The Octagon and The Peacock, enjoy Pirate Life Beer, LOBO Cider, pre-mixed spirits, as well as Bizzarro Spritz and wines by the bottle or glass, including a range of Alpha Box & Dice and Moët & Chandon.
Bartels Zone
Just a short distance from The Moa and pouring all your favourite wines from local winery Alpha Box & Dice, including Mistress Tempranillo, Tarot Grenache and Rose, and Very Special Riesling, Pirate Life Beers, pre-mixed spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
Situated between The Moa and The Fantail, and just a short distance from the Bartels Gate entry, the new Pirate Life Taphouse (presented by Pirate Life) features balcony seating, all your favourite Pirate Life Beers on tap and in cans, pre-mixed spirits, spirits and mixers, LOBO Cider, Alpha Box & Dice Wines, and non-alcoholic options.
The bar at the open-air venue, The Fantail, serves pre-mixed spirits, including Smirnoff, Pimm's, and Gordon's Gin, Pirate Life Beer, and Alpha Box & Dice Wines to patrons attending shows at the venue.
Located just inside Bartels Gate entry, sip on a selection of spirits, with Fever-Tree mixers, Fever-Tree Sodas, and cocktails including Ambra Blood Orange Spritz and Fever-Tree Sparkling Mojito. Spirits include Never Never Gin, Hennessy VS Cognac, and Smirnoff Vodka.
The home of tequila at Gluttony is back bigger and better in 2026, and in a new location near the Southside Food Market. Pull up a stool on the deck for some Don Julio, Los Azulejos, and Clase Azul Tequila, frozen, spicy, traditional, and non-alcoholic margaritas, Palomas, pre-mixed spirits, Corona Beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Lakeside Zone
Located near Rymill Park Lake, the team from Alpha Box & Dice brings you an extensive list of both international and local vinos by the bottle or glass, including sparkling, white, red, chilled red, rosé, and orange wines, a selection of spirits, Pirate Life Beers, and non-alcoholic options.
Taking centre stage in Rymill Park Lake, watch the festival fun go by as you sip on a wide selection of bubbles from an expansive portfolio of Moët & Chandon and small-house Grand Cru champagnes (available by the bottle or glass). Tandanya Bar
Located inside Tandanya on Grenfell Street, and pouring a selection of Alpha Box & Dice Wines, pre-mixed spirits, Pirate Life Beers, LOBO Cider, and non-alcoholic options.
